Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Matteo Duroy, trading as Durezzi Studio (“we”, “us”) for use of The Beautiful Game (“TBG”, the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. Your account
You need an account to play. Keep your sign-in details reasonably secure, give us accurate information, and don’t use someone else’s account without permission. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. TBG is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in parts of the EEA); see our Privacy Policy.
2. Fair play
TBG is a friends-only game meant to be enjoyed together. Please don’t:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation or modified clients to gain an advantage;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the App or its servers;
- harass other players or use display names, avatars or league names that are abusive, hateful, or infringe someone else’s rights;
- use the App for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.
3. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the content you add (your display name, avatar, league and club names). You grant us the limited permission needed to store it and show it to the other players in your leagues so the game can work. You’re responsible for having the right to use anything you upload.
4. Purchases and ads
The App is free to play and shows ads. You can remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us — their terms and refund policies apply, and any refund request goes through them. If you delete your account, purchases including “Remove ads” are lost and cannot be restored or refunded by us.
5. The game world can change
TBG is a live, evolving game. We may adjust game balance, rules, features and prices, and we may add, change or discontinue parts of the App over time. We’ll try to avoid changes that unfairly take away something you paid for, but the game is provided as an ongoing service, not a fixed product.
6. Availability and “as is”
We work to keep TBG running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties beyond those that can’t be excluded, and we’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using TBG and delete your account at any time from the settings menu — see Support for what happens to your clubs and leagues. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the App.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give a more prominent notice in the App. Continuing to use TBG after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS version where required by Apple; where it conflicts with these terms for the iOS app, Apple’s EULA governs.
